COVENANTS: Size of one story dwelling not less than 2000 sq. ft; Size of more than one story not less than 2500 sq.ft. Front elevation at least 50% brick or stone. Construction to commence within four years of purchase of lot. Architectural review of all home and landscape plans. No vinyl or aluminum siding. Chimneys need to be stone or masonry. Subdivision is subject to the City of Genoa's Garage Placement Standards. Driveways are to be concrete or masonry.
